Other details / notes: Bought services in the linked thread and also discussed powerlevel services in discord. Payment was made and timeline has been 9 days and the powerlevel service is still not performed and seller has many excuses for multiple delays. I gave seller multiple extensions and has still not performed the bought service.

The agreed price for the accused service was 40 EU and I had accidently sent 50 EU. We both agreed that 10 EU would be used to buy his other topup service and he did do that successfully.
