madazc1 is a scammer. He has 3 scams against him and is using stolen Paypal accounts to send payment.

There is no evidence to show martier is madazc1. You MUST contact members directly on our site to confirm who you're talking to.

This is not enough. Double sided scams are common.

This is where the scammer talks to both buyer and seller tells the buyer to post in the seller's thread or to PM them.

You must say somethign like "Im talking to you on skype, my username is joe3234".

This way you can look at the Skype username and see if it's the same. The post above has no info, so it is not enough to show you were talking to martier.

madazc1 is also from China, martier is from AU.

Moving to off site scammers forum if more proof is not provided.

You can use a Skype resolver, although Skype made a change recently, so those won't be very helpful anymore.

And he posted on epic npc the same time he was talking to me.
Yes, but as stated, this is what happens in a double sided scam.

Scammer talks to buyer
scammer talks to seller

The scammer is impersonating both of you.

He tells the buyer to PM the seller, then seller than gets the PM or post and thinks he's talking to the buyer on Skype, when he's actually still talking to the scammer.

This is a common technique. You must confirm who you're talking to better when you go off-site.
