What is the dispute about?
There is 2 people who claimed they've been scammed in the feedback and this guy is still roaming around
Please conduct an investigation they have both left negative feedback and probably didnt get their money back either
I am opening this case because they have probably left the website due to the sour experience they had and i've been scammed as well it sucks so im trying to help by reporting in.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
