Nice and understanding guy

The deal went very smoothly and the guy was extremely nice and forthcoming. Unfortunately I had to cancel the deal in basically the last second due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite that, the guy was still quite understanding and left a positive impression on me after the fact.
Would recommend dealing with him, he's a good guy
