Looking for advise on an account problem

ok i purchased a mage account in 2008, i merged it with b net now its 2009 and since the account was a month inactive i received an email about someone trying to transfer my mage off the b net linked account. Then i received a message saying the account is banned to exploitation of economy?
Can the banned account get unbanned? is the Original owner trying to recall the account and is in process of getting his mage back? i need advise?

1) someone tried transfer the character off the main account.
2) account transfer failed
3) blizzard closed the account due to exploitation of economy

any advise? is the oo trying to recall his character back?

Banned - scammer - multiple accounts

Does it say it is banned temp or perma ? if it is perma it will be near impossible.
