If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID?
What is the dispute about? I gave him 2 accounts for the price of 120 Euro, while keep in mind that he has to send me more 2x 30 euro when he access the account and change details.
Other details / notes: It's all about his behaviour.

I am not expecting that much, just this guy will probably start flame and being toxic and lie tru my address, so I wan't to prevent that by posting this. He still owe me 60 euro, but I'll probably just make ticket to Warmane, so the account get banned and that's it. Please restrict this guy from my profile for future. The problem is that he declines to pay the other 60 euro, even when he is able to change the email. And the e-mail is gaven by Middle-Man and it's 100% legit, he could only change it password, put recovery e-mail and his phone number and the email is becoming his. But he acted with this strange behaviour and the conversation ended to that, he wont pay the 60 euro, no matter what. And he askef for "refund", but there's no such thing.

Cool, i do anything you guys ask me to do just to prove this guy breaks the deal not me.
