User tried to receive amount via payeer, doesn't work where I live, so he asks for a gift card from G2A... Disappears after receiving it.

Fake deal, don't get into it...
 
Why do people want to scam in such low profile accounts? for 25$...
How do I make sure i'm getting real accounts? if anyone could answer me.
