Highest speed - Ceres 438 - only 2 pieces of gear at 19 speed instead of 20, swapping gear Morgan with reach 426 speed.
missing 5 relics - Vivian Forst/Nika wind, Hild fire/wind Caliburn Arthur wind ( will be obtained in the next cycle hall of conquerors)

All champs have their passive skills max level, everything is awaken and meta champs are maxed on the relic skills.
By next weekly reset Valla will be C6 too, so Wednesday 30 July.
Account has plenty of resources, books, stats change stone (100 atm).
