Describe how you were scammed: They asked for account information to verify legitimacy of account. Said I had no rep on this community and he/she had flawless rep and should be trusted. I proceeded to give them my information to verify. Minutes later my email was changed, password was changed and an authenticator was put on. Told me payment was made and being processed. They refused to give any contact info whatsoever.

Did you do any background searching before the trade?: Yes, the user on this website had a pretty decent rep. A few people mentioned he was a scammer. When I confronted him about it he told that those posts were fake.
