Issue with ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

So i payed the 10 dollars, And i even sent a support email with my paypal payment ID to epicNPC however they never replied. My account is not verified, I submitted my drivers license, paid, then when the phone option came up it sent me back to the photo upload screen, I need assistance, I already paid the 10$ and it's prompting me to do this again
