recently, all the mail i receive from epicnpc have a 3.5 hr delay. it used to be immediate .

is there something wrong with it?

Nothing has been changed with "private messages", there are no settings to delay delivery of messages so they should be instant.

How do you know the messages you're receiving are delayed?

I think he meant that he receives the messages immediately, but the email notification is delayed by 3 hrs.

yes that what i meant. such delay had never happen before until recently. by the time i came online, the buyer had already go offline

I'm not sure. Make sure to add epicnpc.com to your whitelist to make sure emails aren't being blocked or delayed.

it very weird, sometime i receive them on them but some time there a 3- 4 hr gap

maybe you can check your email scheduler email sent time stamp against the pm timestamp in mine mailbox
