Bought 1-80 from them about half yr ago, got banned @ level 40, then they promised me it wouldnt happen again, so i continued it, they banned him @ 52
Also, my friend bought leveling from them, 1-40, banned him @ level 15.
I'd never buy from them again, sorry, but it wouldn't trust them. ( also they'll steal your gold and whatever you got on the character)
This is all from my experience though, i hope yours is better =)

Well i ordered it, they left my guild and no leveling has been done yet, because my Paypal funds have been temporarily held for some reason. I also had 1300g and now it has 25g, if i open a ticket to Blizz what should i say about the missing gold? that my account got hacked?

It's $20.99 because their using bots, nontheless, the price shouldn't entitle them to steal peoples gold.

Hmm, As for blizzard, Yea, i suppose saying you were hacked could work well, since, even if they do investigate, it will appear like it actually was.
Your lucky that's all they took, I purchased 2k gold one time(from some other company), and they took forever to deliver, and they finally decided to deliver it 2 me, however, the leveler guy was on the account, he took all the gold, and denied he did, never got anything back (though, i don't think that was w/ your PL service)
Also try not 2 log on the account at all within the PL time, if you do and they find out, and you get banned (even if its their fault, prepare to receive full blame lol)
Next time, It would've been better to look for a PLer on MD, w/ good rep.

lol ok first off, any site offering services that cheap should raise a red flag. keep this in mind when shopping around, you get what you pay for. go the cheap route and you will have issues. too many companies screw people over and dont even worry about it at all. you will also run into a ton of companies that claim hand leveling/ use of american levelers, when in reality they are using bots or subcontracting the work out to some chinese company.
this brings me to my next point. if a company has issues communicating with you because of a language barrier, do not use them. if they cant communicate with you, do you really think they will be able to communicate with other players they ineract with while on your account? the answer is no! and this in turn will get you reported and probably banned.
research who you deal with before ever buying leveling services. that is unless you do not care about how your account is treated, or care if you even get it back and not added to the burning pile of banned accounts.
simply put, spend the extra money to get your account treated properly and with security in mind. otherwise have a spare set of keys handy to create a new account.
