Is Nikke Godess of Victory accounts safe from recalling scam?

[HaniOtaku]

Hi
im wondering if Nikke accounts are safe against recalling scam or not since i didnt find any dispute case for a nikke account
Since nikke doesnt allow infinity pass email unlink or change does that mean if i have full access to the email the seller cant recall the account
even if he did contact support ? im wondering if mods seen any case about nikke account recall scam
