Import ebay feedback : failed

When attempting to import my ebay feedback I keep getting this error - Login Failed! Check username/password

Although my ebay login details are 100% correct, I even logged in & out from ebay to make sure.
Anything else I can do?

Later edit : I didn't understand the problem at first look, my message was not really related.

Could it maybe be because of pop-up blocking ? such as adblock not allowing new window to popup ? (not sure if is the case. never used it)

We are aware of this issue. Ebay changed their login page and we have to update our import to make it work again. We should have it working soon.
