I'm In Quite a Predicament.. Please Help Me

Ok so i recently traded my priest for a lock. I put about two weeks of farming & gear into him... it got recalled, i recalled back and basically just lost my time spent on it. I traded my priest again for a shaman, again I've put about a week into him and was about to transfer until i got a message on aim saying that i should recall my priest. Apparently the guy i traded the priest to traded got the shaman by trading a hunter and the hunter got banned. He told me more than likely on Monday the guy will recall the shaman. I fell in love with this shaman and i just want to get to my friends server and play with him but i don't know what to do.

My question is if i buy clean cd keys from best-buy then transfer the shaman to this account/server what are the chances it will be reversed and i will get [censored] when he recalls it and says hes missing his shaman? I'm just so upset right now because i have put an enormous amount of time into this shaman to get him geared and get rep/gold and now the guy is going to recall it because his account got banned. Please, somebody help me out.. i just want this to be done with and play on my shaman without any troubles from this [censored] scammers.

Hunter is banned, so he recalls shaman, hence you recall priest.

If the person who has the hunter got the hunter banned after the trade, then it's completely his fault and if he does recall the shaman you recall it back. It's the person's own responsibility to maintain an account and if he violates Blizzard rules and gets account banned then it's completely his own fault and he should not recall accounts based on that. Or else someone will just go around banning everyone's account by trading them then speed hack or whatever and then recall their own.

Yeah i figured it out, the hunter was never banned. The guy was just trying to scam me and the shaman. I worked out a deal with the OO of the shaman and we will both be happy, stupid 12 year old thinks he could get away with it... Thanks for the help though!
