Ignore feature

Currently, when I put somebody on my ignore list, they are still able to message me on the Live-chat, as well as through the inbox. I currently have somebody spamming me, even though they are ignored. What seems to be the issue?

We are currently working to migrate to a new platform so this will be fixed once we switch. At this time we are only making security updates to this version.
