I purchased credits via bitpay, and it hasn't updated on my account. What should I do?

I see the credits were added to your account.

Bitpay does not work like Paypal, payments are not instant. It takes about 10 mins to confirm a payment, so the credits won't be delivered until the payment is confirmed.
