right click his skype username in your list, select Profile Details and post an image of that window
Post an image of the Paypal payment from the details page, make sure his email is visible, you can block yours out.

This image only shows the Skype display name so I don't know who you're talking to. The display name can be changed to anything, so you can be talking to anyone.

That is his Skype, you need to show that exact username in your image. I can guarantee Win8 still displays the Skype profiles somewhere. I don't have Win8 so I can't help you, but I saw in the post you need to install the 'People App'

Proof of scam was provided, but not enough proof the scam was conducted by FifaZHadi1 was shown. The warning will remain on FifaZHadi1's account since he's been online and didn't bother posting in this dispute.
