Hi, I went through this post because I presented the same problem before, it was easier to publish. Where do I create the thread? that's my point ... I have now where to buy to publish but now WHERE I put it to have that URL

You need to find forum for service what you offer.
After you open thread on this forum copy thread URL and add it here:

Try to add less CAPS letters and less special characters

To buy a sticky thread

1) Go to the game forum and post a new thread for your item or service.
2) Go to https://www.epicnpc.com/stickyads/ and search for the game forum
3) Enter the URL you created in step #1 to make it a sticky thread.
