This scaped refunded the money in paypal.. even after getting the account. I am new and i didn't use this site much and didn't know much about victim fund just happened to know yesterday so opening dispute such should not be allowed to be here he will scam other again. I dont know much about these.. i gave everything to that scammer but he took back moneyalso. So he shouldn't be allowed to stay here.
