How to tell if email is legit from epic?

Can someone tell me if this email is legit?

In case of gmail, click on the 3 dots and "Show original".

It will show something like this:

Make sure that DKIM says PASS and that domain is email.epicnpc.com

This is how you check whether an email actually came from a certain domain.

I just checked.

DKIM: 'PASS' with domain freshdesk.com
SPF: PASS with IP 44.192.35.***

We use Freshdesk for our ticket support system. That will have a separate login and registration than the main Epicnpc website. That looks like a legit email to me.

This will create a support ticket with freshdesk, so you would receive an email asking you to make a support account.

The last ticket I see is from April 14th and someone replied 2 hours later. There were multiple replies since then and including 5 yesterday.
