How to search listings by tags or description?

Title, I have made posts that have the ability to add tags, but I don't know how to search for them if I'm a buyer trying to find a specific type of account. Is this at all possible?

In the top right click the search box, then select 'advanced search'. There you will see a 'tag search' tab where you can search by tags.
