how to restore deleted/sold gears? Phone? email?

my friend just got hacked. (troy through msn)

and i recalled it for him and 80% of gears are missing.

I have all the info cdkey.sqa.

do i call them? or send them an email? for gear restoration?

Sadly they won't do anything, they got their money from BC theyre happy. About 3 friends lost their gear this week, NOTHING has been restored and the only response theyve gotten so far is: we are not responsible for lost items through viruses, trojans, keyloggers or sharing accounts; or some BS like that.

you can ask for a restore through any of those contact a GM or call. usually if you havent restored anything before they will do it and/or they might conduct a investigation.
