How to remove Two-Factor Authentication?

I lost my phone, how to remove Two-Factor Authentication?
It says "Enter either your Recovery Key, or a valid code from your Google Authenticator smartphone app."
Where I find the Recovery Key since I dont have access to my phone again?

The recovery key is given to you when you first added the authenticator to your account. You have to save it somewhere.

PM me the last 5 digits of your phone number and email me using the Paypal email you used to upgrade your account and I can remove the authenticator.
