How to make sure a paypal payment "sticks"

I'm curious, and at the same time worried. Worried, as I have a rather large transaction (incoming) coming up, and I want to make sure that it stays in my wallet rather then gets returned back to a possible scammer.

If I was to make a paypal payment directly to my bank account moments after the payer pays for my item(s), would that make it impossible for the payer to request a chargeback / immediately charge the payment back? What do I need to look out for?

In the past I've had 2 successful sales, but this time I am rather worried.

Any tips? Thanks in advance.

As far as i know and am aware of, he will be able to chargeback up to 180 days since your deal happened.

You`ll end up with negative balance in Paypal if u send the money in bank (your money will be safe, but your pp balance will be negative).
