Hello ladies & gentlemen,

Since I am looking to buy a youtube channel, I get offers and some of them have very high prices, whereas some do have good prices.

I would like to ask if anybody knows what to look when evaluating a youtube channel.

I mainly use socialblade to see the big picture but i quickly realized that the earnings on this page are just assumptions, which does not mean that the page really does make that amount of money.

Would like to hear any tips you guys have.

Kind Regards

Yes but be careful and always use middleman service because there are numerous scammers out there.

SocialBlade is a good way to estimate a channel. The fact that many people sell their accounts with a very high price a is a thing that is totally normal, as it takes (normally) time to build up a community. However, be aware; some people will boost their views aswell as subscribers to sell it to a higher price and some will go as far a making many YouTube accounts to comment on their videos to make look like that their channel is active and to sell it again to a higher price (more views -> more actives -> more money).

Also, it may depend on the niche you want to have:

• The gaming niche: very appreciated and easy to find, however prices can fluctuate very often.

• Music niche: a little more difficult to find however you can find one very fast if you search. Prefer channels that are orientated to the music style and find one with at least 2-3 videos on it.

• Other niches: prices may fluctuate, be really careful on them as there are no real price estimations.

Special accounts:

• CMS and networks: around 1500 to 5000$ as those are really interesting and permit you to have the verified signs and 24/7 YouTube support. Be aware of scams.

Can the content you provide match up with that of the previous owner? If it does then you may even see an increase in profit but idk, I think in the long run it depends more on views and sponsorships. If the channel already comes with that stuff then ur golden

It looks like you know a lot about buying and selling youtube accounts.
How do you prevent the previous owner from claiming his channel back? How do you transfer the channel and where to find channels for sale?
