im interested too, if someone can help us , i think we need email, authentificator if have on account, maybe CD key i dont know but i thnik we need more information because with battle net support can refound D3 account i think but not sure
When you buy a D3 account, you're actually buying someone's Battlenet account.
You need to secure the Bnet account, this includes receiving login info, secret question/answer, updating the email and adding an authenticator once you're done.
Once this is done, only someone with an ID matching the name on the account can recall, which means the original owner.
For Bnet accounts, the OO can always recall, which is why it's so important to buy an account from someone that's trusted.

Another tip is, be ready to put a "Battle.net Authenticator" (random key generator) to your new account. When you put it, the seller can't modify anything else without the random password generated from the Authenticator. The free version of the Battle.net Authenticator is the software one for Android and iOS.
