Well, from my experience when this happens it all depends on how you file your claim via the <font color="yellow">Resoultion Center</font> make sure you CLEARLY state what happened or just say that someone accessed your paypal account and made a buy that you didn't approve of. If paypal agree's with what your saying, which most of the time they do, your money will be given back.
Note: This usually takes about 3-4 days if not a week. Paypal sucks at getting to all of their claims!
