if i want to become Verified Member~ do i need to be an Epic Member before i go for verified , or i can simply select that and voila.?

No you can upgrade to become a Verified member directly without having to upgrade to Epic member.

i might be a bit noob here, So i uploaded my driving pic, then:
Step 2: Make a $10 verification payment. This is not refundable.
Step 3: Verify your phone number using our automated system.
then how should i proceed with the payment , my phone , as after i uploaded page it returned me back :|.
