How long does trust who take?

Sorry if this in wrong section, don't know where to put it really.


I just purchased TWV, got the phone call, the guy on the phone put me through their test...i got an email asking for


1) ID
2) Picture of me holding my ID
3) Proof of address (water bill etc)

So i sent all those in to the email they provided.

its been almost 2 hours.

How long is the usual wait for an update?

How do they contact you, the e-mail on your paypal?

EDIT: Nevermind they refunded it, must have done something wrong
