How do I use a middleman ?

I click on epicnpc.com/infocenter and nothing loads except home page, all broken links on sidebar and topdown menu. I click on epicnpc.com/tradeguardian and it's some PowerPoint slide show in broken English that doesn't do anything when I enter a username and hit enter

Really sketchy, stressing me out because I have bills to pay

Enter the username in the username box, similar usernames should drop down. Click on the user you want to trade with and click begin transaction. After that it will ask for if you're the seller/buyer and the thread link.

I wrote that I tried this already, I type a name in and no Dropbox appears. Must be a mobile issue.

I presumed you were using PC.

Some features are a little bit buggy on Mobile devices.

Sometimes if you hold your phone horizontally it helps.

I'm sorry, I can't replicate this error. Can you please post some screenshots?
