How do I USDT as a noob?

I've been trading in my bitcoin here for paypal recently in preparation for a big spending session for the upcoming Black Friday sales.

I still have quite a bit of bitcoin I want to use to buy game currencies but most people are only accepting USDT here on EpicNPC (w/ discount)
I guess its time to convert to USDT.

Anyone know a good and easy to use app that can trade bitcoin and store it as USDT?

A quick google search showed Trust Wallet, and then after searching Trust Wallet, dozens of scam reports showed up lol...

The only app I've used is Bluewallet so that's the extent of what I know about crypto
