How can I change title of one of mine threads?

How can I change title of one of mine threads? I even bought an Unlimited Edit Time but can't see where i can change name of a thread.

No need to buy unlimited edit time, you are verified.
But hit edit post then hit go advanced. that brings up a screen that shows title change
