Hide my Discord tag on some threads i already sold

My reasoning is cuz i'm trying to make a new service/boosting , on the server I am, my discord is linked to such server and to keep secrecy between both my epicnpc acc and my personal discord, I tried to edit it but i'm not allowed due to user feedback.

not asking a complete deletion, just the edit of my discords on these threads. but, if it isn't possible and only a deletion is the only way out, it's okay.
