Help w/ scammer

I got scammed by keoslol and lost my paypal dispute, paypal wants me to send them more information for appeal but I "dont have permission" to access http://www.epicnpc.com/showthread.php?t=502719 which was the post that originated this sale. Is there some way to view it?

there's no info in that thread anyway other than his Skype username (Aim or Skype @ Keoslol) and a level 60 paragon barb.
