i recently purchased a rift account from a seller who messed up with the email and what not. he no longer has access to the account and said he called trion and they said he cant regain ownership. that i need to call and give them my personal information..(he changed it to mine b4 "exchange".
my concerns are how do i go about this call without violating ToS. i dont even know the name of the toon or the shard its on. im not 100% positive the email he used either. so would you go about this?

any suggestions would be VERY VERY awesome. pls help!

here is my biggest worry. per ToS /copy and paste

6. No Ownership Rights in Account

Trion does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void.
