[Help] PayPal friends and family ?

Hey guys, I'm planning to sell an account for a game here, but I'm kind of scared of a PayPal Chargeback.
How do you avoid it please ? can somebody help me ?

Send an email to the persons Paypal email and ask them to reply. If they can't that's a huge problem and you should not continue to sale. It most likely means it's a stolen Paypal account.

As for chargebacks, their's no way to prevent that as anyone can open a dispute in Paypal for 45 days.

Is getting paid by the "friends and family" option different than the normal payement ?
