Help needed with transaction.

Hi,

I am willing to buy an account from someone and want to do this as safe as possible. So with middleman.
But when I select middleman and fill in the information and submit, nothing happens. I also don't get
a option to pay with paypal or bitcoin by middleman. Or must I buy credits first and then do the transaction...?

I am new here, so maybe I am doing something wrong.
How do I know if the seller is legit? He is also new.

Well if the person is new like you, you cannot really tell if they are legit, but if you spoke offsite you can search their contact information to make sure they are not previously banned. The middleman will also do some basic checks like I mentioned.

I am unable to help with middleman issue.

A MM (Trade Guardian) transaction is not created until the other party accepts.

Once you submit, you should see a notice that explains a request was sent. Once they accept, you'll be notified and the transaction will be created.
