Help needed for getting paypal verified on the site

I'm not sure if this may be the wrong forum to post under and I''m sorry if it's not was closest thing I could find. But I was wondering how do I show on this site that I'm Paypal verified next to my posting name I've looked under "My Stuff" can't find any option to do so any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
