Help me out here.. silly question

So how exactly do you make it so that someone doesnt ninja the account you bought back after a couple weeks/months? cant they just call blizzard and say it was hacked and send in all their info etc.. ? how can i prevent against this? i am looking to buy a decked out rogue and im a little skeptical. i mean i know the account still stays in their name etc.. how can i prevent them from just sending blizz their license and taking it back? Sorry if this is dumb.. im just a little worried. thanks for your help guys
