OK SO-
I was(am) looking for a Gladiator WoW account of some sort when someone responded to my post. This someone offered me a glad warlock with all this great stuff. I said I liked it and was interested. Well he goes on to not post on my thread and says he's gonna have his friend with rep vouch for him. This as always, starts making me go "whoa step back." So before I tell him not interested he sends a whole bunch of messages and has his friend post on my thread. Well turns out his friend has almost 10 positives. I message him on aim and it goes pretty well. He says 100% good guy knows him yada yada ya... So now I'm thinking its a little more legit and we get back to talking. Well it leads to him shoving his information onto me when im trying to logoff for the night as its 130 am and not trying to push a deal... So i have his account name/pw i check to see if the lock is there. It is. So I tell him we will talk today and he starts to rush the deal again. At this point I just log.
So now you have the background.
Today I come onto MB, browsing through the forums i stumble upon this thread.

Even though its a pretty vague description, it hits spot on with all achieves/same glad season and warbear ect. Not to mention the guy on aim talked like **** just how he does in his post.
My question is, does this earn the "vouching friend" a negative for vouching for a banned member and attempting to sell an account for a banned member???
I really wish i saw his post last night before shutting down my computer. If anyone has any information on how to check logs from the past 24 hours in aim I can provide proof.
Normally I would just leave the guy a negative but the only proof I have is the friend posting in my thread and the link the warlock i was offered. Everything else (AIM) was lost when I shutdown my computer last night.
I didn't give up any names yet cause I don't know if this is a bannable offense or what, Mods please advise, just an awkward situation im usure what to do in.
