HELP/Account Upgrade & IP/Mismatch

Hi guys, I've just created a EpicNPC account & i have paid 3.00$ for the upgraded account which I cannot yet see on my account. Also it says IP/phone mismatch, this si because I'm living in cyprus so my IP is cypriot but I am using my telephone from the UK over here. Please can a GM sort this out for me ASAP!!!!

Upgrades can take up to 24 hrs to process. Both issues will be resolved then.

bump/ I've successfully verified my phone number but I'm sill having IP/number mismatch. I also can't see the benefits on my account for the membership after paying 3USD. please help.
