Got Scammed any suggestions

amiteal as his markee dragon name is sold me a account in april. he did give all the info which i still have but on the 10th of june he retrieved his account reporting it hacked blizzard even refunded my creditcard for the server xfer. I tried to dispute it on paypal but it was over 45 days so they closed it any ideas on a way of getting my money back i know if i attempt to retrieve the accoutn back it will get banned ied rather just attempt at retrieving my money. The aim account therealdohoza is not online anymore and the phone number i had them call me from is disconnected.

Use the template in the scammer forum, report him. If you can't recall the money at least get him banned, then suck it up and move on =/ Its suck being scammed but its part of the game.
