Hi!, im here to report these negative feedbacks, they also are a knowed users some forums who gives negative feedback without posting proofs

Also im reporting the feedback from Jojojuli... that screenshots are fake, mi ingame name is NemesisRB not PhoenixLOL, also that skype is fake, im not Living in louxemburg

I am sorry we do not remove feedback just because they did not show proof.
Your skype display name and location can be changed. Like currently yours shows that you are in US and you are from italy. That does not make you honest. Your first feedback is negative and no one would imposter a no rep user. you have other scam accusations in your threads on top of negative feedbacks

No one is going to imposter a no rep member then imposter a negative repped member. You are going to have to have a better defense especially when you have additional user accusing you of scamming in threads

Nice great service from epicnpc, this is only a site who think about money and black market. Will report this site for violation of The Eula agreeement of the Most of games

1) It is 100% legal in the EU to buy, sell or trade any digital licence, this includes game licences. This means the EULA's game companies are using to ban accounts is actually 100% illegal. The reason nothing has changed is because there hasn't been a lawsuit against any game company, but when they ban your account for selling, they are breaking the law.

2) Because of this ruling in the EU, game companies know if there is ever a court case in the US they will also lose. Because of this NO game company will ever take any legal action against anyone. They will only ban your account because they know they are 100% on the wrong side of the actual law.

3) EULA are not laws, we do not play any of the games, so they are meaningless to EpicNPC. The EULA is only relative to YOU, the player.

4) The fact you are threatening our site, albeit with a rather dumb threat, won't be tolerated. You will receive a 10 day temp ban once this is resolved and if you feel the need to threaten our site again you will be banned.


Going to your actual complaints about feedback.

1) Jojojuli - you're claiming the images he posted are of an impostor, not you. Why didn't your report this feedback 4 months ago. You have been active the entire time.

2) terabitha - feedback from a month ago. Why didnt you report it sooner?

Are you claiming you never talked with Jehdrid, Jojojuli or terabitha?

I never talk ed with them, sorry for the accusation but I was angry sry, im not reported them because I directly reported using the botton. Just seen now the email sent to me to open a thread here.. im sorry about this issue but that isnt my main email

unblock the skype and take screenshots of rest of chat and his skype profile for proof. Anyone could have said that

For now, I will only be investigating the last 2 from Jehdrid and terabitha, since they are more recent.

I can confirm there are no posts, chat or PMs between Paolone and either of these members (Jehdrid and terabitha). Both have been email notified to show proof of communication and scam.

Jehdrid and terabitha please post screenshots of who you were talking to on Skype and proof of payment if you sent any payment.
(Right click the skype username in your list, select Profile Details, post a screenshot of that window)

Feedback will be removed in 48 hrs if proof of communication/scam is not provided.

I know the feedback from Jojojuli isnt recent but I cant have a negative feedback for nothing

Feedback needs to be reported asap. Preferably within 10 days, definitely before 30 days. 4 months is very long time. I can attempt to contact Jojojuli, however if he doesn't reply, most likely the feedback will not be removed.

The reason why we don't remove old feedback is because people leave the site and don't come back. If we removed it, people with negative feedbacks can just report old one's and if the person doesn't reply we would have to removed them. That creates a large loop hole, so we do not remove old feedback unless proof is provide it's false.

Since that one is old, you have to show proof it's false. If you have none, then it will remain unless I can contact Jojojuli and he can't provide proof either.

Hi, this guys is a scammer ; i can send you skype conversation, i was about to buy gta5 and the witcher 3, he sais that i have to send him all the money before doing anything, because he has to order the games from idk where, so i did, he sent me one invalid cd key just to make me waiting, after that he told me that there is a problem with the server, and that i have to wait, after all he told me that he didint received the money, i asked him for a screen, he told me :Thank you to purchasing with us!!! Your keys are delivered now and we hope you to enjoy your gamesRegards customer service. and he deleted me from skype. it was a 45euro deal

You already have another negative feedback and this person says your skype is paolone.mistan, which it is.

I've asked JoceIyn to open a dispute against you and post proof. There's way too many people claiming you're a scammer. I'm not going to remove any feedback until I know for certain this is an impostor and not you.
