Bought a Genshin account from user Supersteve232 on 11 Jan 2023, which was paid 60 usd.
Today i found out that account in question was recalled, accounts email and password has been changed.

I am requesting a refund from Supersteve232.

Supersteve232 stated that he bought this account from some user here on Epicnpc.

Hi,

To give my side, I purchased the account from @Newtondang on January 4th, 2023. I paid $115 Paypal FNF.

I bought the account through EpicNPC's MM service, the MM for the deal being @Somatotropin . The transaction's Trade Guardian Number is #70860.

He put that he is the original owner in the post, however, he tells me in DM that he isn't the original owner. Attached is a picture in which he states he's not the OG owner.
I would also like to say that when I sold the account to ELKIDO, I also stated that I was not the original owner of the account.

I'm a reseller so I sell accounts for people most of the accounts I sold on my profile are either my own accounts or other people I'm in contact with, and I haven't had an issue since.

The post in question stated that I'm the original owner however my epicnpc account is not run by only me. The user who sold the account to SuperSteve232 was the original owner and he provided all the information necessary to recover the account all payments and receipts have been provided. SuperSteve232 the person I sold the account to and sold the account to another stated that it's a tedious process and from what I've heard the person hasn't tried to recover the account on his end. I've contacted the original owner and waiting for his response however all the information provided is correct and I ask the person who bought the account to try and recover it from their end.

Im not able to recover the account, because the information they ask is extensive and only OO can know it. Im talking about things such as exact date of creation, first device that logged on account, browser, PC CPU or GPU, and what not, things like those.
All i have is one receipt, which accounts for nothing. So me trying to recover is pointless.

That's unfortunately private information that I don't own I would have to wait for the owner to response in order to obtain that information.

Of course. But i dont think he is going to help out, since he is the person who recalled the account already. No one else could do it.

@Newtondang if you're not the OO and you listed OO that falls under false advertisement and 100% refund must be issued.

If you fail to help recover the account or resolve this, you will be banned. Regardless of the other person who uses your account, we consider you the same person.

Since Newtondang says that another person using his account sold the account to me, I assume he doesn't have the transaction on his PayPal activity to refund. If this is the case, I'd like for him to pm me for the paypal email address he'll send the money to, as FNF, since I'd need the refund from him in order to refund Elkido.

I'll leave that choice up to Elkido, then, as he's supposed to be the current owner of the account.

No sorry, he recalled account once,he will do it again at any point in the future. I don't want to have issues with my future customer. This account is unsafe. I don't want to take the risk, so I would prefer a refund.
