What is the dispute about?
I bought a Genshin account not too long ago, exactly 3 days as of me writing this dispute. As I go to login today, I was told "Account or Password Error". I tried two more times before trying to reset my password on hoyoverse's site, only to be met with the message "Account or password error". I am unable to login to the genshin account I purchased and am unable to access it through the password I received and all. I am lead to believe the account was recalled by the owner, despite the short time since purchasing the account.
I purchased the account with Paypal Goods and Service. I learned today that the user was banned as he was an alt of another account that was banned in the past.
