as I'm trying to make those fora a better place I did some reserach while FWBoy tried to scam me.
This is what I found: A user having detailed screenshots of how he has been scammed. The account of FWBoy (FWBoyX there) has been banned with alot of people saying he's a scammer.

I think a person who has scammed people on other fora should also be banned on likewise fora if there is enough proof. For my senses this is enough proof, therefore I'm asking for a ban of FWBoy.
