What is the dispute about? Frit requested refund claiming that someone else made transaction on paypal.

Guy with nick "frit" contacted me on december 4th to buy account for NarutoXBoruto Ninja Voltage. Everything was okay, i sent him invoice on paypal, he paid for it and i delivered to him Account infos. From that moment i no longer have access to account.
Today(20 December) i got email from paypal that he requested refund claiming that someone else made this transaction. I will send you pictures from our chat and mail i got from paypal.
