This has been an unwritten rule for a while, but I thought it was time to add it to the official rule list.
Failure to do this will make the seller responsible for a full refund if the account is banned or recalled. As always proof of ban and recall must be given.
In terms of disputes, this rule doesn't really change much. The only difference is that a buyer has the right to a full refund now and can deny a replacement account if this info was not disclosed before a sale.
