This is not a new rule, but basically a clarification of the 5 Max thread rule everyone already knows.

There has been a lot of complaining that some people are taking advantage of the 3 thread max rule or using loopholes to flood some forums with the same accounts or websites. These new rules are meant as a clarification so everyone is clear as to how many threads they can have on the front page of a forum.

The forum rules have been updated with the following.

3 Post Max Rules

1) No individual member is allowed to have more than 3 threads on the frontpage of any forum at one time.

Websites with Multiple Sellers

1) If multiple websites are selling the same accounts, all websites will be considered one site and be restricted to the 3 max thread rule.

2) If a website/s has multiple sellers, all sellers of that site/s will be grouped together and that group cannot have more than 3 threads on the frontpage at once.

Example: Joe, Dave and BoB, work for BigWOWSite. Joe post 2 threads, Dave post 2 threads an Bob posts 1 threads. All threads are unique, meaning they are all selling different accounts.
This group would be in violation.

These 3 members combined have 5 threads breaking the 3 max thread rule.

Exceptions to Multiple Sellers

1) If the site is not mentioned and no links are linking to it, it does not count.

Example: If Joe did not mention or link to BigWOWSite in any of the threads, he would not be included, so his 2 threads would not count and all 3 sellers would NOT be in any violation.

2) Linking to a site in your sig does not count as an link.

Example: Joe does link to BigWOWSite in his sig, but not thread. The link in his sig would not count, so there is still no violation.

2-3 companies that have more than 1 employee are still violating this rule on a daily basis.

This really does need to be more heavily enforced.

I have yet to see it myself, however if you see someone is in violation, report the thread and either a mod or myself will investigate and hand out infractions if its the case.

You forgot to mention that they're getting around the rule by linking to different websites all owned by the same company. Scummy way to get around the rules imo.
